Three friends, a furry companion, an old coffee machine and a weekend in the mountains. That was the plan. The Hochmölbing (2336 hm), a gentle peak between Upper Austria and Styria in the Totes Gebirge mountain range was chosen as our host. So Friday night, after work, we geared up, turned our headlamps on and hiked up to the hut for a good night's rest - not before having a large beer. The next day, a 3:30 am alarm toppled us out of bed and into an epic sunrise mission onto the peak.
